Team Building Events
Working together on a team of any size can be difficult in the best of circumstances. Our team building events are designed to improve communication and overall team effectiveness through a series of fun and engaging activities.
The typical agenda will include the following items:
- Introductions / Ice Breaker
- Core Values / Mission Statements
- “Styles of Influence” or “16 Types” Assessments
- Communication Skills Trianing
- Conflict Resolution Training
- Team Objectives / Goal Setting
- 2-4 Team Building Exercises
Duration: Half or Full Day
The team building event could be held onsite if you have a room large enough for the activities. We will also work with area hotels and resorts to plan the customer event to meet your organization’s needs.
